Realtor® Pricing 

Most of our Realtors and brokers know us very well and have established long-term tour contracts in place. These contracts deliver a substantial savings in tour prices for large volume bookings (bookings are scheduled as they come in for the brokerage and the brokerage is billed monthly). If you would like to start a long-term contract please give us a call at 610-924-4017 and we will be happy to go over the details with you.

Getting to Know Us...We have put together some great packages for us to get to know each other! Depending on the size of the property, choose the package that would best display the rooms that you want to showcase and use the stills to highlight smaller rooms such as laundry rooms.

NOTES:
TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE INCURRED ON ALL PROPERTIES LOCATED 30 MILES OUTSIDE OF OUR OFFICES IN MEDIA, PA  (.35 cents per mile over 30 miles) for drivable distances.  Our photographers can travel anywhere in the country or the world for commercial assignments.  We ask that you take care of our travel arrangements on your end (ie. airplane tickets, hotel reservations/payment and that we are reimbursed for our meals.


Realtor®.com charges a $25.00 fee if you want to upload to their site unless you have a showcase membership and this specific MLS listing is a showcase listing.  Please check to see if you are a showcase member.

Additional Ala Carte items may be added to any tour package of your choice.

HOW TO DETERMINE WHICH PACKAGE WILL MARKET YOUR PROPERTY BEST?  Make a list of each room of the home.  Pick which rooms you need to showcase.  Those rooms would require a 360 degree spin.  Smaller rooms can be included in the tour through a still shot.  If you view our Featured Tour on our Home Page, you can see an example of how 360 (or partial 360) degree spins were combined with still images to showcase a property.
