What is a virtual tour? 

A virtual tour is a series of photographs taken and then "Stitched" together to provide a 360 degree moving image.  Picture standing in the middle of a room and slowly turning around to see every aspect of the room.  It gives a true, accurate image for viewers to feel as if they are really there.


How long does it take for a virtual tour to be shot? 

It truly depends on the size of the property.  All properties are different.  Buyer Beware of companies that claim no matter what size the property, they can shoot the tour in less than an hour.  These companies offer the photographer job to anyone.  We only use highly trained professionals who will allow the scenery to come through your windows.


How long after I call can I have the tour filmed? 

We typically can arrange for your tour to be shot within 24-48 hours.  We cannot guarantee this due to the amount of requests that we receive daily.  We do our best to get you in when you want.  Fill out the online order form for fastest turnaround :)


How long after the photos  are taken until I see the tour online? 

We work on your tour on site, or back in our processing office.  Generally speaking, we have most tours online the same day they are shot up to 48 hours after the tour is taken.


Will you upload my tour for me? 

Yes!  We do the uploading for you for the MLS, Realtor.com, Homes.com and many others.  We also provide you with several types of links, in case you or your webmaster would like to place them on your personal website.


When is payment due? 

We like our realtors and commercial projects to be paid in person at the time of photography services rendered.  We will not process your check until the tour is complete.  We do reserve the right to immediately remove online tours for any check that does not clear.  We also reserve the right to charge you a fee for checks that are returned to us.  Payment arrangements can be made on a billing basis if discussed in advanced, and for realtors who are our regular clients.


Can I download the tour onto a CD?

Yes!  If you do not have the capability, you can order CD's from us.


Can I email a tour to potential buyers that I am working with? 

Sure!


Are tours expensive?

Not at all.  Tours are a very reasonable means of marketing a property.  They are much cheaper than a newspaper, viewed more frequently, and are online for an entire year, not a day or a week.  They are by far the best means of advertising in this century!
