Our News!
New Tour Window!
SLP Virtual Tour is powered by Real Tour Vision. The new Real Tour Vision virtual tour window is more competitive than ever before. We have dropped the enlarged virtual tour mode and moved to one larger sized virtual tour window. We have another release planned in the few months which will integrate flash technology. Also notice that we have moved some things around for a nicer look and feel.
Nice clean tabs across the top of each tour are provided to give quick and easy access to additional features of the tour without cluttering up the tour itself. By rolling the mouse over the tabs across the top of our virtual tours you will notice that additional features will appear. This again helps keep the tour looking cleaner and more organized.
We have added a new link on the tour near the Realtor's photo that will jump directly to their tour gallery.
Default Speed of Auto Play on Virtual Tours Increased!
Real Tour Vision recently surveyed over 1000 of our dealers regarding their thoughts concerning the rotation speed of our virtual tours in our August Newsletter. The majority of our dealers thought that our default tour speed was much too slow. Therefore, we have increased our default tour speed.
Statistical Update
Virtual Tours Increase Bookings on Travel Sites According to a joint press release issued by ICE Portal and Leonardo in May of 2006, "Current research indicates that moving images, such as animated images and virtual tours, generate 46 percent more bookings than still images on travel sites."
ICE Portal specializes in production, management and delivery of moving content, such as virtual tours, steaming videos and flash, in multiple languages.
Leonardo is the world leader in travel content management, e-marketing and content distribution across the global travel chain.
According to RIS Media's 17th Annual Power Broker Report and Survey conducted in 2005, 73% of the top 500 real estate brokerages in the USA, offer Virtual Tours. This is a 13% increase from 2003. The increased percentage of brokerages offering virtual tours indicates a growing understanding of the value of virtual tours among industry leaders. Lesser producing real estate brokerages will likely bear witness to the fact that the industry leaders have embraced this tool, which is sure to have a positive effect on real estate related tour growth.
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
SLP Virtual Tours offers advertising opportunites at a rate that just can't be beat! We have the target audience that mortgage companies, home inspectors, moving companies, etc need! Unlike placing an advertisement into a newspaper where only approximately 5% of the readers are interested in home buying, virtual tours are viewed by those who need your services!
We offer banner advertising on the top of our tour windows that can be seen on each and every tour. Due to branding laws with the Trend MLS board, your ad will not be seen in the MLS. It will however, be seen on Realtor.com, Homes, com, Homestore.com and any other advertising outlet the realtor chooses for their tour.
Realtors love our advertisers, it reduces the rate they are charged for the tour. Advertisers love us because we have their target audience and our rates simply cannot be offered by traditional newspaper outlets.
Give us a call at 610-690-4999 or email us at Advertising@SLPVirtualTours.com and let us explain how our advertising program works.
